Roof Maxx Dealer Requirements:
A minimum $65,000 up-front investment includes a Dealer License and the initial product, equipment, training, and basic start-up costs needed for your first year of business. It is for a single exclusive territory and does not cover costs like a dedicated vehicle/trailer or external marketing campaigns. Third-party financing available.
A truck and trailer or van devoted to transporting and promoting the Roof Maxx product.
Sales, management or business ownership experience, so you can confidently educate and sell customers on the benefits of Roof Maxx.

Becoming a Roof Maxx dealer for a single territory requires a minimum of $65,000 in up-front costs. The up-front investment increases incrementally if you take on multiple territories at once. Your upfront investment provides the essentials for launching your dealership:
Initial product: You receive one 270-gallon tote of Roof Maxx concentrate, plus shipping costs.
Essential equipment: The tools you'll need for application.
Comprehensive training: How to sell and apply the product - includes access to Roof Maxx University.
Territory rights: Exclusive territory for one year.
Branding & marketing basics: Custom-branded vehicle wrap and a location page on the Roof Maxx website.
Items not included: You are responsible for acquiring your own truck/trailer, a marketing budget for local lead generation, and covering your monthly business costs like insurance and accounting software.
Does Roof Maxx Provide Marketing Support or a Business Plan of Any Kind?
We have ongoing marketing efforts that create customer awareness of the Roof Maxx brand on a national level. We also conduct weekly dealer community calls with our dealers to share the latest best practices and provide additional support.
Can I Choose My Own Territory?
You’re welcome to do some research into the population of a given area and suggest a territory to us. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as it’s not already taken, of course.
Does Roof Maxx Send Me Leads, or Am I On My Own?
We also offer a National Advertising Program that can drive leads to your territory at a cost, as well as offer materials like door hangers, yard signs and mailers that you can also purchase. Just keep in mind that generating leads in your territory is ultimately your responsibility as a Roof Maxx dealer.
